Aside from great communication, an honest and transparent approach, and great back-office support, their are a few things my team does that other agents and brokers simply don't:

- Because of my extensive database of clients, contacts, and agents/brokers throughout San Diego County, me and my team know about properties that are for sale, but aren't listed on the MLS ("pocket listings"). This enables you to submit an offer with less competition and allows you to get a better price on a property.

- We go back 6-12 months and do market research to check expired and cancelled listings on your behalf. If these properties fit your search criteria, I personally contact the owner to see if they are still willing to sell, and they usually are.

- Once we find the neighborhood, area, and floor plan that you like, I door knock at homes in that area that are not on the market to ask the owners if they're interested in selling their home.
