With a background as a CPA, MBA, and active real estate investor, David brings a financial and analytical perspective to every transaction while keeping the process personal and straightforward. Since 2015, he has helped clients navigate real estate decisions with thoughtful advice, strong negotiation, and a focus on long-term value.

Based in San Luis Obispo, David focuses on the Central Coast and the distinct communities that make up San Luis Obispo County, while continuing to serve clients in San Diego. He believes successful real estate decisions require understanding more than price and square footage-from individual neighborhoods and property characteristics to lifestyle, financial goals, and long-term fit.
