David Johnston is the Owner and Managing Director of Marine Investments LLC, a coastal California real estate and investment advisory firm serving clients throughout San Diego and California’s Central Coast.

Since 2012, David has helped individuals, couples, families, investors, and business owners navigate real estate purchases, sales, and investment opportunities with a thoughtful, client-first approach.

With a background as a CPA-MBA and experience in financial planning and real estate investment analysis, David brings a strategic and analytical perspective to every transaction while remaining focused on the people and lifestyle goals behind each decision.
